It's a charming apartment, outfitted with everything we might have needed, and located conveniently to OTR, Findlay Market, etc. The host was very helpful with a quick response to our questions. The huge bonus was to also be located above a perfect cafe, coffee shop and wine bar!

This is such a great place to stay. This host was very accommodating in every way. Beautiful historic building and parking was easy and close. Very clean with beautiful views and lights at night. We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much.

Wonderful older place. Very well kept/remodeled. The owner made it very easy to book, gain access and was wonderful to deal with. Location is perfect if you’re there for college events at UC or even downtown events. We will definitely be recommending Flatiron to friends and families.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. The host was very attentive to our requests and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and didn’t lack anything.
