We really enjoyed the house! There were several activities to keep the grandkids busy when we were actually there. Spent two days in Kings Island. Perfect location to the Park. We would stay there again!

Great Time

The house was big enough for 6 couples (12ppl) to stay in comfortably. It was clean, had all the things we needed for a weekend stay. Communication with the property manager was easy. The neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Best vacation rental in Mason, Ohio for a family

We will definitely return for a future stay! It is perfect for bringing families and generations together. The game room on top floor is great fun! We took an almost 3 mile walk throughout the community and it’s lovely, and quiet. The kitchen is stocked with most every utensil needed for preparing meals. We will definitely return for a future stay!

Family reunion

A great location for our family reunion in the Lebanon area, and we would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room in the house. Good places to eat nearby in Mason, including Two Cities Pizza and Culver's (a family favorite). Management was responsive to our requests, though balls for the foosball table were not going to arrive until after our departure. And thankfully, we were planning to eat most of our meals out, as this house had the least equipped kitchen we've encountered in our many VRBO stays (definitely not a chef's dream). Management did seem amenable to getting what we needed, but check before you go, as timing of getting items may not be expedient.

The house was comfortable and well equipped. Enough space for six adults and five children (8 and under). The location was great. Approximately ten minutes to Kings Island, Kroger, Pine Hills Lake Park (great playground for children ten and under, and nice jogging/walk paved trails), Mason Community and Aquatic Center (open to non-residents with a paying daily pass). There was evidence of water damage from second floor bathtub/shower on the kitchen ceiling. Would have appreciated more supplies/amenities like dishes, utensils, and more than three DW pods. Quite neighborhood where kids can ride bikes. Long, wide driveway for vehicles. AC was not balanced. Some rooms were cold, others warm. Overall, would book again if visiting area in the future.

Amazing!

This place was amazing! The property looked just like the photos online. The management company was easy to communicate with, and they responded very fast. The neighborhood was beautiful, and it's located around lots of local places! Highway is very close, and you are only about 30 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. The house had plenty of space and slept my family of 7 very comfortably. The house also has an abundance of bathrooms which was very convenient for some of the family that wanted their own space. I would absolutely book this place again when I am back I'm town!

From check in to check out the process went very smooth. Please note for this house that all of the bedrooms are upstairs. Had I known that I would have not rented this house as I have some access issues in the moment, and navigating the stairs was very very difficult. As with any place there were a few minor issues, though they were quickly corrected when I brought them to management attention. (Loose toilet paper holder) Be aware that the TV is not cable at all in any of the bedrooms, however there is TV that you will be able to view. It's all streaming, which is not an issue because you can find pretty much anything you want. This is a 3,200 ft² house, and it accommodated our party of five very nicely. No one felt cramped or too close to anyone else, and we all had room to spread our wings when we wanted to. Overall this day was lovely mostly what we needed the house for was a bed in the shower, and that filled the need quite well. Our party enjoyed the house, and we especially enjoyed the close proximity to Kings Island which was only about a 10 minute drive from the house. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Million bucks.??

Overall the vacation stay with 10 guests was really relaxed. But... You know that when you stay in a mansion that recently sold for close to a million that your expectations are gonna be somewhat high in comparison to a 4star or 5star hotel. The property was ill-maintained by the standards of the surrounding community. The trash service is once a week instead of before/after an individual stay. We were left with last tenants trash and had to haul it 200ft up a good incline to get a fresh can. The house needs a good bug spray,.spiders and hornets were a nuisance. Many exterior lighting features were not working and some interior lights. Bring along all your streaming service passwords because there is no tv at all, not even an antenna. Had troubles with the house locking us out constantly, and no support for that from management. I think these all are correctable problems with more attention by management. This house has a very comfortable feeling to it, Everyone slept well and long. The space is awesome, and I think even underutilized. This house could actually rent for double if was treated right. Way way big house even for our party of ten.

Perfect For Kings Island

This is a great location for visiting Kings Island. Mason is a great city with the best playgrounds and fun Music in Mason outdoor concert in the summer.

Family wedding

Our daughter got married and her brothers and their wives and kids stayed with us in Mason. The house was perfect for us to be together yet have our own space. Very spacious and each couple could have their own bathroom. It was lovely.
