"The staff here was truly amazing. They were kind and helpful and the property filled every need. The only reason for 4 stars was the pillows were tiny and the cost was higher than expected but we went during Cincy open so I guess that should be expected. Will be coming back"

"This was the perfect location to attend the Tennis Tournament. And Summit Park across the street is perfect for getting a few drinks and dinner without having to drive anywhere. They have a free breakfast which is adequate but won't win any awards. Rooms where big and clean."

"Breakfast delicious Room was very clean Pool area was OK The one thing I would have to say was there is limited parking and if you got into a parking spot and then got trapped in by others, not able to find a parking spot you were kind of stuck"

"The graduate hotel is so cool & well thought out in terms of the decor and cool details. The ONLY downside was that the bedding felt damp upon our arrival / the water provided in the fridge was already open."

"The hotel was good overall. Large bedrooms, comfy bed, AC working well. TV with the Tennis Channel on. Breakfast had a few options such as eggs, bread, pancakes, apples, tea, coffee, yoghurt, etc. A shout out for the hotel to offer a shuttle both ways to the Cincy Open tennis event. It was great, although the schedules offered by the hotel did not work as it was in the paper. I suggest the hotel do better maintenance of the rooms. The room I stayed in needs some drain cleaning in the bathroom. It was clogged and accumulating water during a bath."
