This house was in excellent condition - new, clean, well-furnished, in a great location. Beds, linens, dishes - everything as advertised, and everything we looked for was there and provided. It was a very comfortable weekend for our family. I will 100% hope to stay there again if given an opportunity. Absolutely perfect for Cinci sports weekend. Mount Adams neighborhood too is great. Jeff was polite and responsive. Thank you for hosting such a nice experience.

Amazing!!! The house was very modern but very warm too with the decor . Jeffrey answered questions immediately too. It was spacious and had many wonderful ammenities. We loved the gas fire pit upstairs connected to the game room. I would absolutely rent this again!!!!

I haven't felt so comfortable and relaxed in a home outside the beach in a very long time. This place is "soup to nuts" everything you need.

Multi-Family Gathering at Hillside 5-Star Retreat

This Mt Adams multi-story home is designed to give some privacy for teens and adults alike. The property is a new build in a quiet, hilly residential area near Eden Park. It had easy access to interstates and downtown Cincinnati yet is within walking distance of a small business district with coffee shops, cafes and a convenience store. The home has a large garage and driveway parking, essential in this area where street parking is at a premium. Inside, the ambiance is quiet and relaxing. The furnishings and decor are upscale and tastefully done. The kitchen has new, high-end appliances and was furnished with all the cookware, plates, silverware and table settings to accommodate the ten of us, four "chefs" and their six hungry diners. The dining room area had a table seating six, and the kitchen island seated four. so it was perfect for our needs.The living space is open which led to convivial family gatherings, and is supplemented by a beautiful private back yard with tables, chairs and a fire pit, as well as two decks on additional levels. The top floor deck even had views of the Ohio River. The adults in our group slept in three bedrooms on the second level while the teens divided up, with some sleeping in the fold out couch on the top- level game room and others in a fold-out on the ground floor off the garage.Lastly, it was very hot and muggy during our stay, and we were grateful that the air conditioning worked perfectly on all levels of the home.
