We Feature: ☆ Chef's Kitchen (essentials provided) ☆ Huge Great Room ☆ Outdoor Oasis //Beautiful Pool // Fire pit // Grill ☆ Lighting fast wifi ☆ Plenty of space for kids - 12 mins to Downtown Cincy - 4 mins to restaurants - 30 mins to Creation Museum - 45 mins to Ark Encounter Our place is meticulously cleaned, and only used for great guests! Enjoy concerts on the porch.

3 bedrooms, finished basement & 2 full baths.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms (1 king + 2 queens) and 1 full bathroom. The Basement is finished and is divided into 2 rooms. Room #1 has 1 bunk bed (full over full with pullout twin trundle), inflatable Queen mattress, and Room #2 has 2 bunk beds (full over queen) also in basement is large spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.

We have a great front porch, back patio with propane, and large patio surrounding our in-ground pool. The backyard is fenced, as well as our pool, making the home a safe and wonderful place for kiddos to play. We have a fire pit with chairs that is great for adults. Pool opens mid-May & closes mid-Sept.

Spacious home for family gatherings

Unprofessional and needs some attention
There were multiple issues with our stay here. The first day one of the bunk beds in the basement broke off of the supports. Upon inspection the bed was not supported well enough and there were zip ties holding other parts of the bed together. The house needs some more deep cleaning. There were spider webs close to the top bunks where guests were supposed sleep. The ice maker in the refrigerator is broken. The host had multiple packages delivered and asked us to bring them in. One was a pool rope we were asked to set up which we were not comfortable with doing. Landscapers showed up on a Saturday mid day while we were out by the pool instead of scheduling them to come during cleaning periods or when the place is empty. We were asked to put on a load of towels when we left but there was no laundry detergent left. The house could be nice with some extra attention but it was a very uncomfortable stay with the lack of privacy and the asks to take care of stuff that should be taken care of by the host.

Graduation Weekend
We had a larger group who was celebrating a college graduation close so we decided to go VRBO as opposed to hotel rooms. Heather is great, very quick on responses, and you can tell from her correspondence she cared about our stay. You can tell that the property has had significant investment and remodeling. It had all of the expected dining and cooking supplies,and of good quality. The reality is though that the house is older, which did mean we were welcomed with a very strong musty odor when we arrived, so much so we had to open all the windows and get a Febreze plugin for the basement that did not have windows. The view from the front porch was extremely cool as others discussed. The house was accommodating for a large group and had ample parking.

The house was great! Way bigger than expected. We had a group of 7 staying, including infants to teens and there was plenty of space and things to do. The view of the river from the dinning room is amazing!!!

Really liked my stay during this trip. It was just my partner and I and we loved the place. Pictures are accurate to the actual home and we had a great time. Owners were quick to respond and only had a couple minor issues. Would stay here again, especially in the summer.

Cousin weekend
We had a wonderful stay, the house is very big and well kept. We truly enjoyed sitting on the porch watching all the boats and barges going by. Also there were concerts across the river 2 off the nights that we were there so it was very enjoyable being able to hear that in the evenings. It was a little too chilly the dates we went for using the pool but a couple of us did try it! The pool was clean. The house is very close to a lot of amenities in Cincinnati. The ice maker didn’t work so you will need to buy bags of ice but that’s a minor inconvenience. I would say the landscaping could definitely use some work, it’s very weedy and the greenery in the front of the porch is kind of out of control. It doesn’t block the river view but it is a hindrance. Over all we had a great time!

Great for guys golf outing
We stayed with 12 guys for our annual golf trip, and it was a perfect place for us, located near some of the nicest courses in Cincinnati. Heather was very easy to work with. We had plenty of towels and the pool was nice. We would be willing to pay more next time if there was also a hot tub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great with the river in front. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the barges and trains go by. It was convenient to the Creation Musueum and the Ark. The house was plenty big. There was an issue with the water pump from the well cutting out and the coffee maker not working, but Heather was great in communicating and fixed the issues. My only complaint was the house was not the cleanest. The people before us must have spilled ice cream or something in the freezer and it was on the bottom. The kitchen floor was a little sticky, and the downstairs sofa had food wrappers and empty bottles under it. Really not that big of a deal, but it could've been neater. Overall a great place to stay! 🤗

It’s was a very nice stay. My only suggestion would be to have the landscapers weed the flower beds around the house because the property is so pretty. Also to have more kitchen towel’s available would have been helpful. But non of this is a deal breaker. We all enjoyed our stay and the teenage boys loved the pool.

Incredible getaway home!
This is a big house in a beautiful location! Fantastic pool area, fire pit, patio and plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out with a large group! 100 percent recommended if you have a big group and want to have a great location to gather and swim and cookout! Definitely hope to return! Oh and its directly a ross the river from Riverbend if youre attending a concert!

This property is wonderful. Plenty of room for the 15 in our party. The pool was awesome. Outdoor areas were large enough to do outdoor activities. Fire pit at night was great for making s’mores. Great Family Location
This was a great location for our family of 7, 5 adults & 2 small children. It was centrally located for the activities we had planned. We were about 45 minutes to Ark Encounter & about 15-20 minutes to Newport Aquarium & Cincinnati Zoo. It was nice to be able to cool off in the pool after a hot day sightseeing & later cook smores around the firepit. The house had more than plenty of room for everyone. It was also nice to sit on the front porch & watch the boats go by. We were pleasantly surprised that our host had a bottle of wine on the counter as a welcome gift, bottled water in the frig, & firewood for the firepit. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment & utensils needed for your cooking needs. The livingroom had books of all kinds for reading & a few family games. The only down side was there was quite a bit of traffic & pretty noisy & trying to get towels all washed & dried prior to a 10 am check out. Overall, it was the perfect set up for our family vacation.
