Supposedly you can’t check in after 10 pm, but the staff leave the desk before, there is a phone number and whoever answers the phone is very rude and doesn’t even help. I wasted 2 hours trying to check in even arriving before at 10 pm and they even called me “liar”

The motel is definitely dated. Check in was fine. Upon arriving in room, the room was clean, beds looked well used and the pillows had seen much better days. I had a difficult time getting comfortable and sleeping because of the bed and pillows. The shower was awesome! The tub could use some non-skid adhesive. One ice machine just off the lobby area. Went to use and had a 36 minute wait time (what?). The vending machine in the lobby was completely empty! I hope to make better hotel accommodation decisions in the future...

You have a full kitchen in a clean room. The rooms aren't fancy it is what it is but it is clean and good enough to rest your head and I have a good party and Fairfield. We went to a Valentine's party at the receptions hall close by and it was so much fun. The restaurant Caruso's across the street is incredible. It was so much fun to party within walking distance of our hotel

I want to complain about the reception megastar your attention. I reserve acid for my family and Callao for the children. I called the police because my children were being normal children. I imagine she doesn't have children and she sent me out of the hotel. Terrible service, attention did not make me any return. But I, in respect of what is needed there, they put me in the non-smoking room and the whole hallway was smell. But I don't recommend going there at all. Very bad service to the guesses and with children less or they will make them go through the same as me. The hotel didn't say only for adults so don't go. Because they don't respect customers.

The property was clean and neat and the staff was friendly and helpful. When I booked the stay, the description said it had a "grab and go" breakfast. It had no breakfast of any kind, not even coffee. This was disappointing.

Room wasn’t the cleanest and very outdated. No modern amenities like a usb outlets. Cloth chair was visibly soiled. Kitchen outdated with dirty refrigerator. A/C unit rattled all night. No one to check us out in the morning or any instructions on how to check out since no staff available. Room that was booked wasn’t available and replaced with a standard room.

Room was clean upon arrival. Got Charged cleaning deposit but in the 2 days I was there housekeeping never came into my room. I had clean towels for the first day I was there and was not able to get another shower after that. They had unexpected deposits that should have been disclosed at time of booking. This hotel is a indigent hotel and the noise level was a problem. The hall way stunk of cigarette smoke which seeped under the door into my room. I was supposed to get $58.00 refunded to me but have not received anything.

Room was not clean; there wa old splattered tomato sauce on the side of the refrigerator (the inside was clean). Room, sheets, and pillow cases smelled like stale cigarettes. TV initially didn’t work; figured out that the cable plug wasn’t tight enough. No one was at the front desk to check out with.

Checking in at early morning hours is a joke. They lock you outside and talk to you on a phone only to tell you they can’t find your itinerary number which is on your receipt they can’t find it in their system. Makes you wait outside at 2am until you find the 2nd receipt number only for you to have to call them again on the phone and be told she’s pumping for her “kid” in the NICU and you’re going to have to wait some more. Lady sounded like she was heavily intoxicated and in the clouds somewhere and that’s being nicely said. After that weird check in process no issues but would not recommend and I definitely will not be spending another $230 let alone $1 there again.
