“Our stay at the Regina Bed and Breakfast was a 10+. Our host Filippo was excellent from the time he greeted us at the property, carried our bags up to our room, arranged taxi rides, provided a wonderful breakfast every morning, provided great and timely communication as well as making dinner reservations for us at an exceptional spot under Roman ruins. The room was clean and looked out to the church square, a class act. I highly recommend this property and definitely would come back, it was hard……

“The location is excellent, just off A1. The toll station of A1 was just under my window. Windows have good sound protection. Room is very small. We needed to repack 2 medium size suitcases, but there was no space on the floor to open both of them. The only option to put suitcases on the bed. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor was very good.”

“This hotel/restaurant was in a little village that was absolutely gorgeous. The area had several hiking paths which unfortunately we could not go on. For us it was a thrill to be in this town and the diner they cooked for us was exquisite. Home made. The host/manager was very good, cordial and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. ”

“Very clean rooms and very helpful staff too the location had great parking nearby which is a huge plus in that side of Italy the main sight seeing attractions or restaurants where maybe 30-40 mins away depending on traffic that would be one of my only downsides but seems it was the normal for a tourist since we aren’t allowed to drive in the (ZTL) zones which is where those sightseeing spots are so for a tourist renting a car this is your go to my last downside was the walls weren’t soundproof……

“The only issue with this property is that it is too far from the city center in Rome where all the sights are. You would have to catch a cab or an Uber. Otherwise, it is a very nice place ”
