The touch of the small cute pool at the rooftop terrace makes this two bedroom suite very charming, the mix of the antique with very modern touches is beautiful. easy access, quiet area.

Great B&B with a great host and were always available. The room was fantastic, just as it looks on the pictures. The breakfast was a little bit of disappointment. I expected a wider selection of breakfast options. We were not satisfied with the cleaning which can definitely be an approvement. Location was good and close to airport. Except that I would recommend to have a car.

It was a cozy spot to stay. Great recommendations by the owners. I wish there was fruit or protein at the breakfast. Our room had a hot tub which was nice after a long day of hiking.

Quaint place, steep stairs

This is a family run business and in a typical sicilian style home with lots of steep stairs. Although friendly, we did not get any messages from them because they only sent texts and we had an esim so didn't see any of them. Email messages would have been better so unfortunately there was a mix up in accessing the room. Additionally, hotels.com messaging didnt work either. They did get us access and did tell us about good places to eat. And set us up kindly with a taxi for the next morning to get to the airport. The room was tidy but the towels were worn. The bathroom was nice, the beds were firm and comfortable however, we found the stairs to the top floor were too steep for us and for our luggage. The outside space was also nice with the splash pool and beautiful view of the rock face.

Unique place to stay

1800’s building in tiny town conveniently near Palermo airport. Easy check in, even late night. Brand new furnishings and wonderful snacks and amenities. The balcony with private pool is spectacular!!! Great price for a unique place to stay. Owner very pleasant and the free breakfast beat most I have had.

A quiet property in a quaint town very close to the airport but far enough away you never hear airport noise. It is very safe and clean property with restaurant options within a short walk and easy free street parking outside. I would definitely stay here again. The upstairs suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a large terrace with a pool that would be a perfect retreat on a hot day. It’s a great location as a home base for sites in the area or before or after a flight.

The room is fair Expedia and the owner (I talk to her in person) offer that this is a Hotel and is not This is an Airbnb with hotel custom name Expedia said HOTEL and sale like that and when you arrive nothing to do with the pictures and what you expected Transportation to Palermo, EXCELLENT round trip, the city need to be clean but the food is magic The Cinisi town, very quiet but safe anytime, good places to eat and buy dessert and water. The only thing I’m not agree with Expedia it’s lie about Hotel for Airbnb or what they call there B&B Need to be careful when you select things in Expedia, I’m a Gold member and not feel good about this reservation Thks

We stayed in an apartment with a cosy rooftop terrace a small swimming pool. The two bedroom apartment was convenient and practical. Just to note that there were two flights of stairs to access the apartment. Overall, a good b&b option. The host was also very accommodating.

Wonderful staff great check in. Lovely lady who looked after us for breakfast when we had an early tour booked. Not only did she look after the breakfast she also cleaned the rooms. Very friendly with a beautiful smile. We stayed in the corner room very spacious great bathroom. But unfortunately it was noisy till about 2am. Even with double glazing on the windows and wearing ear plugs it was loud. I’m sure there are quiet rooms available so ask in advance.

Good stay

Great hotel and friendly staff. The mattress of the beds are OK. Communication could be better. We had a little problem to communicate when arriving to get the codes and instructions but the host quickly fixed it when we called him. It could be a good idea to send it a fews days before arriving because not all north american travellers have access to phone calls and most do not use WhatsApp. Except of that everything was great. The lady who made the breakfast was really kind and breakfast was good. Air conditionning was working great. The room was renovated and they kept a bit of history (mosaic on the floor and on a wall) wich is great. Thank you.

This property is great for 4 people and I would probably go again if we are 4 people booking but we were 5 and booked for 5 Adults. We were disappointed because it only had four places to sleep. Let us say a few of us had a very bad sleep. They should not have allowed us to book. Free parking is parking on the streets. It also advertises a pool. Only if you get the room with the pool. We felt catch-fished. Clearly they wanted all rooms booked and they did not care about the number of individuals in the room. They did not accommodate for the extra person.

Overall the hotel met the need of what we needed. It was. More like a hostel though. It was on a residential street which felt safe and there were only a few rooms. The rooms were clean and the memory foam beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night since we had to leave at 4am for our flight in the morning. But to have a place to get some sleep right before going on a flight was awesome. The pool didn’t exist unless you booked the room that had it. There is no elevator so unless you are in the bottom floor don’t bring heavy items The balcony overlook the street was cool, it had a table and seats to sit on. The one downside of the hostel was that I was afraid to take a shower there since the shower walls are clear glass and right in the front of the room with so working shades on the windows (they were broken when we arrived) so we decided not to use the showers. They need to frost the shower walls so people cannot see in them this hostel is great for singles who need sleep before getting on a flight. 25$ shuttle taxi to the airport
