Circle M Lodge is a beautiful, rustic lodge on the rolling hills of Central Oklahoma and provides a great place to relax and enjoy nature. Circle M Lodge sits on the Circle M Ranch, which is a working cattle ranch with lots of cows and ponds and barns. This rental includes the entire lodge building. The lodge includes 12 sleeping rooms with queen beds and full bathrooms. We also include 2 bunkrooms that have bunk beds in each room. The bunk rooms are adjoined to a sleeping room with a lockable door. Our lodge is capable of sleeping up to 30 people in twin beds and bunk beds. Sleeping is available for 75 at an additional charge per person. Inside the lodge, we offer 4500sf of living room and dining space that includes a huge fireplace and a large screen TV, cozy couches, tables, and lots of chairs. Our lodge kitchen has a large stove with a griddle and a fryer and includes an ice machine. There is plenty of room to play games like shuffleboard, ping pong, and indoor dodge ball. The lodge is also equipped with a full kitchen and men's and ladies' restrooms. The front of the lodge is home to a large front porch with lots of room for sitting and whittling and a nice view of the sunrise and sunset each day. It's a great place to relax and you might even get a chance to talk to the cows. During your stay, you will have access to 160 beautiful acres to hike and explore with your friends and family. While you are staying with us you can also enjoy 4 fishing ponds. We want your time with us to be fun and relaxing; no worries! We are located about 17 miles from the Chickasaw National Recreation Area and the Artesian Hotel and Casino in Sulphur, OK. There is a nice water park in nearby Pauls Valley and the Lake of the Arbuckles is just a few miles away. Please consider us when you are planning your family reunion or corporate retreat. Circle M Lodge works great for summer camp, too!

Brian and Kelsey were AWESOME hosts! They quickly responded to any question or request and bent over backwards to accommodate our various needs. Different family members needed combinations of: Gluten-free, dairy-free, low-fat, sugar-free, caffeine-free and some none of the above, but they made sure there was something for everyone. The only real complaints I heard were how noisy the main room was (due to the concrete floor and arched metal ceiling) and a few potential hazards (such as wide rung spacing on the loft).There are a few details that are not clear on the Vrbo listing, including that they keep animals on the ranch which include some more exotic ones like water buffalo. The hunters of the family want to come back sometime to hunt and the fishers caught and released plenty over several short sessions. The food was AMAZING, not only because it freed up the family to focus on spending time with each other, but also because it was SO delicious! Brian is a MASTER of smoked meats (especially brisket) and Kelsey really knows how to pair it with great sides (like her white chili Mac and cheese)! Even the VEGETABLES disappeared (the green beans were unbelievable and even the broccoli was tasty!)But, despite how wonderful all that was, I would say the highlights of my interaction with them were when I caught Kelsey singing along with our praise and worship session and when Brian volunteered to bless the food!There's just not enough room to say all the good things here!

Excellent individual rooms, excellent large room for dining and playing games, and excellent TV area! We had exceptional service!! We had outstanding food prepared by the owner and his wife! Best food and service ever!! We had a family reunion and loved it so much, we are going back next year for our family reunion!

Great place to stay!!!

We were a group of 35 friends and had a great time at the place. It has a lot of room for both the adults to have great time and the kids to play. It has a lot of amenities that fits a large group like big kitchen, sitting space, indoor pool and games (inside and outside). The communications with the owner were easy and he was extremely nice. Will definitely consider coming back ahain!!!

Family Vacation

Host very helpful. Beautiful views. 20people. Booked it for 28 but some could not make it. Plenty of rooms and beds for double that amount. We did not hunt but got to go when they put out feed. Great place for large group.

Amazing place & hospitality

Fantastic facility. Loved that everyone had their own bedrooms & bathrooms. A/c was wonderful. Kitchen had ample space. Lots of room for everyone to eat, play games, visit…. There were so many activities, more than we could even take advantage of. Plus exceptional hosts. We would stay again and recommend!

Our favorite team trip of the year!

Every year we play in a Sulphur baseball tournament and we try to stay in cabins and make it a team bonding trip… this place is everything we could ask for to make this trip possible! It comfortably slept 25 people and had enough games and entertainment to keep us busy. Ping Pong/Cornhole/Cards/Basketball/Fishing we’re just a few of the different options available at the cabin. We had a a amazing time and will go back every single year we are in the Sulphur tournament!

Awesome place!!

Circle M Lodge was everything described and more. We had a party of 38, with adults and teenagers. The rooms were as described, big, clean, and comfortable. The owner Brian and his son BT, live just offsite, and were incredibly accommodating and helpful! It was a great time. Would highly recommend for a large BDay party, meeting, family reunion, etc. Thanks Brian!!

Perfect place for large groups

Nice place for a reunion

Our family had a wonderful time at the ranch. The accomodations were great for a family reunion. Brian was great about making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions we had. We went to both Little Niagra and Lake of the Arbuckles while we were there. The kids loved having access to the pool. The only small complaint we had was that some of the dishes/serving items were not very clean and had to be cleaned before use. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Beautiful Scenery & lots of space

A bunch of us took our kids together for a weekend trip!! They loved all the space to play and adventure off to. They really enjoyed the zipline and going out to look at the animals. There are also local waterfalls nearby that are very beautiful. The owner and his family are very sweet and were available for anything we need or has questions on. We would definitely go back again. The hotel style rooms and everyone having there own bathroom is very awesome as well.

District Company Meeting

This property really fit our needs. Meeting facility, meals on-site, entertainment and lodging all in one location. The 12 bedrooms/bath meant that everyone had their own room. The owners (the whole family) worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. The food was absolutely outstanding and they made sure we had everything we needed to have a successful meeting.

Family Reunion

The Circle M Lodge was perfect for a 4 day family reunion! We chose this location because we have family across the US and it exceeded our expectations! The main area is truly an all-purpose room...my grandchildren brought their bikes and had plenty of room to ride inside! The commercial kitchen made it easy to prepare our meals. The owner even brought us a couple of delicious home-cooked meals since their in-house meal service had to be cancelled because of COVID. Can't says enough about their overall service and hospitality! We hope to go there again in the future!

Great Place and Even Better People!!

Our family of 30 people spent the 4th of July weekend at Circle M Lodge. I highly recommend anyone thinking about having a gathering of people in a beautiful place with private rooms and 5 star service that goes above and beyond your typical rental service. I ensure you that you will not be disappointed and will say that the owners will treat you and your guest as if YOU own the place!! The Value of this place far exceeds the price.

Amazing big group getaway! You’ll love the feel of nature and the view from the front porch!

Where do I begin? The staff was incredible and provided us with 5-star hotel service. We opted for them to cater our meals (for 60 people) and the food was perfect. The chef has a remarkable talent for smoking meat and turning it into amazing meals. The sides were always hot and fresh as well. I gained 10 lbs. in 3 days! The property was 3 miles away from a major highway but felt like it was so remote! There was never any traffic and it was so quiet! Our group enjoyed the zip line, volleyball, indoor dodgeball and Gaga Ball, shuffleboard, and many other games. There were always plenty of tables and chairs provided along with constant hot water in all of our rooms. Speaking of the rooms. We put boys on one side of the great room and boys on the other. The two bunk rooms provided 12-16 bunks. There were also 5 regular hotel-style hotel rooms on each side. The biggest compliment was the soft mattresses. The restrooms and showers in each room were spacious and clean. Perhaps my favorite room was the front porch! It has amazing views, cornhole, and rocking chairs. I could have lived out there! If you need a location for a large group where you can spread out and enjoy nature, this is the place you want to book! The staff will not disappoint you. I highly recommend this place and although it only lets me rate a 5/5 I’ll still give it a 10/10! Looking forward to next year’s youth camp here!

FANTASTIC!!!!

Wish I could give 10 stars!! The lodge was everything we hoped for and more! Brian was very accommodating and quick to reply to any question. All 28 in our family have said they would love to come back for another reunion.
