“Very nice and clean rooms the beds were just right could've slept on those for many nights I enjoyed room service my only complaint is the flooring not in the rooms but in the hotel itself it's not even and so I use a medical walker which made it very difficult to walk without falling”

“I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.”
