「We planned to stay in the tents but pouring rain caused the cots to be wet when we checked in. When the manager found out they quickly upgraded us to a cabin because more rain was predicted. We were prepared to make the tent work but we were happily surprised at our upgrade. Cabin was very clean with everything we needed. Great jumping off point to Arches and Moab. Make sure to go to nearby Sego Canyon. We would stay here again!」

「This property was an ideal base for our outdoor adventures in Moab. Early every day, we made breakfast and a packed lunch in the kitchen which had everything we needed (but no dishwasher). We took very long hikes and/or mountain bike rides each day. We ate out in Moab each night. The bathroom was good... with decent water pressure in the shower. We slept well in the comfortable king bed. We particularly liked the locked bike storage shed (it was convenient and felt secure enough). Great trip!」

「We loved staying at this unique property. The unit was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. The entire property is what really made this vacation rental stand out. They created a courtyard area in the center of this small gated community with things like a large table, BBQ grill, chairs and a fire pit. 「This was a clean property with an easy checkin process. Well equipped for 6 people even if a little cramped in the living space.Grocery store pretty close by, straight forward drive to Arches or Canyonlands.Pool was great for the midday heat when hiking was a no go.Checkout was a little confusing as we kept getting messages to do so, but this could be because we left a day early not related to the property but due to events in southern Utah dusting our visit.In summary I would stay here again...

「The house is clean and has nice view with outdoor seating. The only thing is the bathroom in the master bedroom has no door so it’s little bit of no privacy if you need to take a shower. Overall it was a pleasant stay.」

「It must be mentioned that it is the top floor and there is no Elevator If you are comfortable carrying your stuff up 31 stairs it’s a nice place with a pool and a balcony The kitchen is good and the beds are good but a huge wooden footboard on the bed can really bump you if you get up in the dark Ouch!」

「The property itself and Kenneth were amazing. The tent was just as pictured nestled in the rocks. What made it interesting was Mother Nature which we cant control. The day we got there it was and had been raining for a while making driving through a wash challenging. Our host came out and got us and piloted us and another guest across the wash. 「I was surprised as most cabins at rv resorts are full cabins. This is a hard shell tent per se. No water hookups no bathroom. Needed to use bathhouse 100 yds away. Not fun in cold rain at 2 AM. My fault for not doing research. But clue is in Cancel policy. Must modify 7 days before arrival. We paid 3 nts. Stayed 1.」

「This property is not how it is portrayed on the web. Upon arriving it appeared the exterior grounds outside the cabins were not maintained. I can say that the inside was clean and cozy. There are no televisions in the property, which I knew so we brought our own. Although the kitchen has a stove there is no oven.. There are two old chairs on the front "porch" area. One of the chairs had a exposed rusty nail that my wife did not notice until she sat down and cut her leg. When we went to the area...
