- Casa del Cocciaro is a recently renovated apartment, located entirely on the ground floor, in the heart of the historic center of Città della Pieve, 200 meters walk from the real center of the city.
It consists of a living area and kitchen, served by a bathroom, a double bedroom with private bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both with splendid views of the Val di Chiana and Mount Cetona.
The apartment is complete with all the amenities to guarantee you a comfortable stay. An ideal solution for those who want to spend a pleasant stay in complete independence and total freedom.

Great property with all functioning appliances. Easy to use and comfortable. Bed and pillows could be more comfortable, but overall it was great. Would give 4.5 stars if I could.

Very clean apartment that had everything that I needed, including a washing machine. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had. The apartment’s location was just a short walk from the town center, with 2 wonderful restaurants 2-3 minutes walk away. Tho’ the apartment is within the town’s walls, it is on a fairly quiet street. Views from both bedroom windows are breathtaking. I loved my stay there and would choose this apartment again.
