First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apartment. "From the moment we checked in, Giacinta was a gem to talk to, even with her broken English :). The apartment was very clean and the A/C worked great, specially after a busy day outside. "This hotel gets 5 stars in my book. The staff was welcoming as soon as we arrived and continued to be help throughout our stay. The rooms were old world elegant and so clean. The breakfast was world class, we have never had such large selections of food that were extremely delicious. They really go above and beyond to treat each of their guests like royalty."
