Villa Angela Ranza 55

  • Villa Angela is an oasis of peace conveniently located in the heart of the hills on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, 20 km from Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. Perugia is 45 km away, and Città di Castello is just 15 km away.
The villa was completely renovated in 2024, preserving the stone structure typical of historic buildings in the area and expertly restoring the original materials while adding a touch of contemporary design.

Villa Angela has two double bedrooms plus a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 people in total. There are two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a second living room, and a beautiful panoramic terrace where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets over the hills.
There is a wonderful swimming pool (10x4 meters) and a garden for the exclusive use of guests.

Guests will have the entire house and the swimming pool at their disposal for exclusive use.
