Perfect spot for Cruisers
This was a fabulous property. Excellent location. Property has 2 rooms, sitting room stocked with snacks and plenty for breakfast. There are 10 steps to get in but there is a lift to get to the unit. There is a private staircase up to the bedrooms. Would be a perfect unit for a family or couples traveling together. property was super clean, Hosts were responsive and very helpful. We stayed here a few days prior to our cruise. We walked from the train to the property and walks over to the port bus. Great Wifi.

We found this charming guest house to be a hidden gem for a pre-cruise stay! Daniela and Gianni were absolutely super hosts! We shared our apartment with our cruise friends from the UK, which made it all the more fun! The location was just perfect for us -- a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the train station and an equally short walk (5-10 minutes) from the the port entry where free buses transport passengers to the ship. There were two spacious bedrooms upstairs and a very nice living space/kitchen upon entering the door. We were provided with good breakfast options ... and there was a refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. The place was fresh and spotless! We couldn't have picked a better place! Note: We arrived via a train from Rome airport and took the train to Rome for a full day of sightseeing during our mid-July visit.

The hotel was a lovely place. The owners were very friendly and helpful. If I ever make it back to Italy, I would definitely stay there again. The helped us get transportation from the airport and to our cruise ship the next day. Even though we arrived before check in they welcomed us and allowed us to stay in the dining area on check out day even though our taxi was coming after check out. Highly recommend this hotel.

A short pre-cruise stay at Il BorGhetto was great. Hostess Danila and husband were very helpful and accomodating. Facility is nicely located in Civitaveccia close to port and walk-abouts in historical downtown. Facility was very clean and the continental breakfast was enjoyable!

Apartment on the Piazza !
Spending the night before leaving on a Mediterranean cruise. Fantastic place. Two guest units and one common area. Right on piazza, walk to restaurants. Host showed us where to return rental car and gave us a ride back. Arranged professional driver for the next morning who could take us right to the ship. Only issue for some would be stairs, if you lack mobility, may not be the right place for you.

This was a gem and the perfect start to our vacation. We stayed the night before our cruise departed. The hosts were very accommodating and had a nice breakfast waiting for us. The apartment is very clean and in a lovely area with lots of dining options and a short walk to the bus for the port terminal.

Au 3 e étage avec ascenseur qui est pratique avec les bagages, quartier vraiment central avec petite piazza . Couple charmant! Même si le monsieur parle seulement italien , on a réussi à se comprendre , la dame parle anglais très bien. Un escalier qui craque mène aux 2 chambres mais on s’en accommode par le confort de cet appartement. Déjeuner est parfait : yogourt , muesli, café , rôties , confitures , tarte abricots ou fraises. Merci pour votre accueil!

We had an absolute wonderful stay and we would stay here again in the future if we were ever in the area. Great hotel for cruise folk if you had two couples or a family the whole unit would be yours wonderful lower living room kitchen combination with a great view. And the two bedrooms upstairs both equally great. And the hosts were so so accommodating fridge was full of goodies coffee bar was complete it was stereos there was books sofas microwave everything was there. Thank you for the great day
