We stayed in the family room which was very spacious but set in the 80's. The bed was hard and very old and woke up with backache. The room was clean but the carpet was rough on bare feet from where the carpet had been washed a few times. Breakfast was lovely and arrived quite quickly from when we sat down. They only serve breakfast from 8.30 to 9.00am , so no lie it's.

My husband and I had a fantastic 3 night stay. The hosts made us feel very welcome and were more like friends by the end of our stay. We chose a full English breakfast every day which you pre order from a checklist the previous evening. It was consistently good. Cooked to perfection and well presented. Bedroom and ensuite bathroom were very clean and fresh. The location is excellent. Just a short walk to town and the Pier and other attractions. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area. Thanks!!
