The listing explicitly says, per the VRBO guidelines, that you have the whole house and only share with your family. “My son and I loved our stay here. We didn’t have to share with anyone but ourselves, and it was nicely air conditioned. We got to set up our Chromecast and we watched TV with excellent camera and audio quality nightly. The host was especially kind to us, and provided in depth solutions to all our inquiries. Our stay was clean, and relatively close to downtown. Absolutely wonderful.”

“Although we brought our toddler's old Nuna to sleep in, there was room to place the Vrbo mattress on the floor to use as a toddler bed. If your child needs darkness to sleep, I recommend bringing blackout curtains because the store light from across the street is fairly bright. If you have a mobile toddler, bring a pressure mounted baby gate for the basement entrance in-between the kitchen and living room. Pleasantly surprised to find big toys and plush animals in the kid's room. Kid's room has……

“Très bel endroit avec toutes les commodités; Bbq, fumoir, belle terasse avec moustiquaires, chambres confortables, cuisine très bien équipée pour cuisiner et espace spacieux. Durant une partie de l'été il y a même des spectacles de musique juste à cote de la maison en soirée (le son n'est pas dérangeant pour dormir). Séjour très apprécié au bord de l'eau. ”

“La maison de campagne est simplement magnifique. Très spacieux et lumineux. Super tranquille, pas de voisins, en retrait d'une route secondaire peu fréquentée. À peine 5-10 minutes du village de Perkins, où on trouve notamment un super marché avec SAQ. L'hôte répondait dans les minutes suivant notre message. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous y reviendrons à coup sûr lors de notre prochaine escapade dans la région.”
