“On Monday before heading out for our trip on Tuesday, I received a call from the property owner letting us know that he would like to move us from this property (that I had reserved) to the property on Orchard Parkway. “This house was an AWESOME HOUSE!! After reading the reviews they all were on point! The house is well kept, very nice and clean. I loved the location it was closed to EVERYTHING!! The neighbor was beyond quiet I almost thought does anyone else live in the neighborhood, lol, but the peace it gave was OUTSTANDING!! I'm an OLDer lady I don't like to much noise, lol. “Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern"..
