Nice room and breakfast served at 6:30am. I was misinformed at check in that the breakfast will open at 7am. So, I was pleasantly surprised that it was in fact opened earlier. Breakfast should be opened at 6am since I have to be at the track at 7am. I was little disappointed there was no USB plug in the room to charge my iPhone . Most other hotels have at least one. The room was excessively large for one person. I don't need two huge beds and all the space. Please make the rooms more suitable for single occupancy and charge less.

Hotel was good, rooms were decent and clean. Breakfast was good. Only disappointment was the pool was closed, which was the reason we picked this place. I wish they would have let us know the closure prior to our arrival. We all got changed, headed to the pool and read the sign on the entrance to the pool that it was closed.

The staff were very friendly. However, I booked the hotel specifically because of the pool for my niece and was disheartened when we arrived and found out it was under renovation. In the evening we went to close our curtains for privacy in our room as well as to block out all the light that was shining in and realized the curtains didn’t close. The beds and pillows were very comfortable but There was no blackout curtains so the room was lit up all night from the streetlights and businesses across the street and we couldn’t sleep in because the daylight obviously woke us up. Overall, the room was fairly clean but there were several cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and on the walls. We did go to the dining room for the included breakfast in the morning and even though there were a lot of products to choose from, the food was very poor quality and I’m not sure if the eggs were real eggs. I can say, Lucy, the kitchen staff was a beautiful soul and really took pride in her job and in pleasing customers. She had a amazing attitude and spirit and went above and beyond. I don’t think I would book again unless the pool was in service and they put proper curtains up in the rooms.

This is a really old property. This should be reflected in the cost. The flooring in my room, what's lifting up. The decor looks about twenty years old, very worn out and dusty. Although I do think that it's been properly cleaned. The staff were wonderful front desk and the breakfast lady were lovely. I think if Holiday Inn wants to charge higher prices they need to invest in their properties accordingly.

The staff were friendly. My grandchildren loved it. Cookies at the front desk, very good breakfast with lots of variety, and they enjoyed the pool and the gym. Very good value for the price.

Room was very clean and has great amenities. Hotel was quiet. Bathroom modern and clean. Pool was good. Hot tub was just warm. Body wash was extremely strong smelling for my husband. No facecloths in our room but didn't request to get any either. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was good but simple. We would definitely stay again.
