Hot Air Balloon Festival 2016 1/3: #Sunrise Lined up for 2 hours just to enter, and to see the hot air balloons being inflated with Mt. Arayat as the backdrop. One of the skydivers carrying the Philippine flag against the rising sun was a good sight to see. Hopefully a great way to start Valentine's Day 😍
