Lovely stay

We enjoyed staying in the house during our stay. It was very clean and lots of space for a family. When we needed to communicate Debbie was quick to reply back to us. I would highly recommend this place when staying in the area.

Large and spacious

The home was as described, although we were surprised by the size and layout of the large family room. A great place to gather or another area where adults and kids can spend time separately.Owner stayed in touch to make sure everything was as expected. Very responsive to any questions.Close to the main highway/road going to Cottonwood or Sedona. Neighborhood coffee shop close by. All in all the seven of us enjoyed our stay very much.One family with 12 and 15 yr olds. One couple. One grandma.

would have been good if it was ready

when we arrived at this house the access code we were given didn’t work. It took a few attempts of contacting the host and then chatting with vrbo help and finally reaching a human in order to get the correct code, but once we got in the house we saw that it had not been cleaned from the previous renter. fortunately the management found a different house for us to use for the week that was only 10 minutes away, and were settled in quickly and enjoyed our stay at the new house very much. This clarkdale house would have also been lovely to stay at, the furnishings were very nice and there was a beautiful view over the rooftops. I don’t want to say anything bad about this house, there was just an unfortunate situation with the cleaning not having been done and management was very quick to find a solution for us. We really appreciated the new property we stayed at.

Clarkdale

The house is very comfortable, spacious, plenty of seating. Recliners were appreciated! Beds very comfortable. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Good location for day trips to Grand Canyon, Jerome, Prescott, Camp Verde, Old Town Cottonwood. Definitely recommend to others.

Place left unclean and the host is mean

RUN AWAY!!!! This host left the house messy for when we first arrived we had to check in late because they did not clean the house. After we left we left a few dishes in the skink and the beds were slept in like they should be. The host then tired to charge us $525 for a few dishes and some unmade beds. RUN away do not stay here!!!
