「Great place to stay. Clean and well maintained」

「very helpful, when we reported an issue maintenance was right there to help and friendly. would definitely book there a gain」

「My go to place to stay when I come to Augusta for work. Safe area and Restaurants in walking distance」

「There was either ants or termites in my room. Small black insects.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The rooms look nice and clean. Parking free and convenient. Close to many places to eat.」

「Good!」

「I cannot praise the staff enough. Friendly, professional and helpful. I have no complaints about our visit.」

「Pleasant stay. Room clean. Good location」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」
