"Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and ..."

"Very clean and updated everywhere. Hot tub was super nice!! the house went out of their way to make sure we had towels and drinks and snacks and everything you could even think of to make our stay wonderful!! Those extra little touches can make a place go from great to exceptionally great!"
