「Great time and great location」

「Terrible experience. I chose not to stay at the property after entering the unit and finding it had not been cleaned. Dirt on the floors, bathrooms not cleaned, dirt on the sheets, garbage on the floor in both bedrooms. Disrespectful owner. There are far better properties to book in Birmingham. Truly disappointing. 」

「This was a wonderful stay for our family during gradation weekend. We were close to a lot of attractions and the place was clean, cozy, roomy and comfortable. Coco was a responsive and cordial host and we are looking forward to staying there in the future!」

「Sutible as a 1 bedroom unit. Ensure to ask for updated pix of the living room! The 3 seater, off the ground couch/‘other bed’ in the posting broke the day before check-in. The replacement “couch” is nothing more than folded matting on the floor and can’t sit 2 adults comfortably rendering the living room as practically useless. Discussed this with the property manager at check in and gave him the opportunity to adjust the rate in fairness but, he didn’t. Will continue to discourage friends...

「Eh... This rental was just ok. The location was wonderful. But the apartment itself wasn't great. The layout was a bit odd (not the end of the world). The bathroom was completely on the opposite side of the apartment near the kitchen with the 2 bedrooms on the other side. The dining area was basically in the hallway. The bigger issues were: 1. 「The apartment was not clean. Even after I sent pictures he did not believe me. The place didn’t even have toilet paper! Since we were stuck and had no choice we cleaned the bathroom, stripped the bed and washed the sheets and ran the vacuum. Told owner and he said he had pics from the cleaner that were dated stamped after she cleaned. My pictures were date stamped as well. So he sent her back to “clean”.
