「Pleasant staff, clean comfortable room!」

「The air didn’t work even after a guy came up and checked it. We called back to the front desk and they offered to switch rooms which was too inconvenient. Everything else was ok」

「I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again.」

「I *used* to stay here 4x a year. It’s always been convenient, affordable, right off the highway, and not luxurious but totally acceptable to stay for a quick night off the road. But I was just there and the room they gave me was absolutely disgusting. The main problem was it STUNK! of urine. I’m assuming they allowed a dog to stay in there and it peed ALL over the rug. 「It was literally a bed along my drive. Served its purpose well.」

「In our room the carpet felt sticky, the wallpaper was coming apart at the corners, it smelt musky, the curtains would not stay closed, the bath tub had mold in spots and the paint on the tap was peeling. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never entered our room. We had to go get clean towels. The breakfast was just okay. There was a large dumpster out front of hotel with a big pile of junk next to it. The pool area needed cleaned, the water was murky and could have used a good cleaning also.」
