Our condo has all the amenities of home, including a full kitchen with a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. It also has smart TVs, washer & dryer, iron, hair dryer, and Wi-fi. Our condo is located within walking distance from APSU, F&M Bank Arena, the River Walk and many restaurants, bars, and breweries. It is also centrally located 25 minutes to Fort Campbell, 50 minutes to Nashville, and within 1 hour from 4 distilleries on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tour. Great Experience

Condo has a very convenient quiet location with the River Walk and downtown restaurants nearby and parking in front of its door. It was very clean with a like new modern decor. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, and spices. The bed was comfortable. Altogether a great experience.

The location was great, just a short drive to the downtown area, walkable to APSU and only about a 5-8 minute walk to a cute little brewery/distillery.The place was really nice. Clean and quite with a nice kitchen.
