We want to provide you with important information about additional fees to ensure a transparent and enjoyable experience:

1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $10 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to the maximum occupancy of 7 guests.

2. Pet Fee: We welcome furry friends, and our pet fee is calculated differently than Airbnb's standard flat fee. It is based on the number of nights and the number of pets. This approach is fair to both short-term and long-term guests. Please be aware of the following pet fee details:

-Pet fees consist of a small admin charge of $8 collected at booking and a per-night pet fee collected separately via our secure Hostfully Marketplace payment link.
-First pet: $30 per night for the first 8 nights, up to a maximum of $240.
- Each additional pets: $10 per night for the first 8 nights, up to a maximum of $80 per pet.
-Please limit the number of pets to a maximum of three (3).

We may send a request for the pet fee after your reservation is confirmed, as some platforms do not facilitate this specific charge during the booking process.
