“As soon as you walk into this sweet cottage and see the lake view and spacious deck, you start to relax and know that you will have a great time on Jordan Lake. “Very relaxing stay, loved our time on the deck. There was very little boat traffic on the lake and usually Pontoon boats. “The house was clean and tidy. We were there to just sleep and not entertain. I would say that for our family preferences, we’d stay in a more quiet area of the city. This part of Grand Rapids while charming is busier than we expected. This is no fault of the host. Her description of the home and what was included was spot on. It is an old house but VERY charming and cozy. Lots of great coffee shops and eateries nearby etc. Good value and stay overall.”

“Overall good property. Communication was great. I felt like there were a lot specific rules that did not reflect the condition of the property as we found it. I understand guests don’t always follow the rules but the owner/manager should ensure that the property is presented in the best light possible. The pontoon isn’t available to rent on site (that’s the impression I got), need to go through a third party which was a bit of a hassle. That part is neither here or there.”
