「After three weeks traveling around Spain we wanted to end our trip in a quiet, more “roomier” place than a hotel room. ABBA Suites was perfect! A well-equipped kitchen for the 3 days that we were there, a block away from a grocery store and a 15-minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum. The Old Town was about 20-minute walk but an enjoyable one dive a good part of it was walking along the riverside. 」

「Hotel was in an excellent location near all the major areas of the old city and walking distance to the Guggenheim museum. The hotel surprised us with a free room upgrade - which was lovely. As with other NYX hotels, the decor is modern and flashy with a good vibe in the lounging areas. Parking is in a parking lot close by.」

「The bed is too soft and hurt my back. The parking space in the basement is so tiny and driveway is very narrow. So be prepared for the challenge when you drive through the way downstairs. The only thing we give compliments is the breakfast as they offer freshly made juice and smoothies! 」

「The hotel was great- clean, free water, coffee, cookies! Lots of room to store luggage, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Location is sketchy if you are walking to the market/other side of the bridge- be aware of your safety. Hotel staff member was awesome! 」

「Everything was great! I left for a conference in Vitoria and I had to go back to Bilbao airport for the flight next day. When I got there, it was so late that I missed the last bus. I called them whether they could pick me up and they immediately help me out! Very kind! However, one more thing I would like to suggest is that it should be more choices for breakfast.」

「Wir waren hier zwei Freundinnen im Ibis Centro und waren sehr zufrieden. Hatten zuerst im „Ibis Budget“ eingecheckt, dort gefiel es uns gar nicht, deswegen der Wechsel ins „Ibis Bilbao Centro“, Lage ist super, Personal freundlich, Zimmer groß und Betten gemütlich! Das Frühstück war auch gut, super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Gerne wieder.」

「Inexpensive location to visit Bilbao. Transportation is a 20 min bus ride to downtown. Staff were helpful with directions and special requests. The room was tired and not well cleaned. Furniture was scuffed, fridge did not work and dust was on all the trim. 」
