"Spotless hotel in a perfect location right by the Firth of Tay. Broughty Ferry (suburb of Dundee) is a super walkable town with great charm, and having the train station just a short stroll away was extremely convenient. The haggis served at breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of the morning. Above all, the staff were amazingly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! We stayed there in mid-July."
Barometer Cottage Boutique Coastal Cottage

"Barometer Cottage was a gem of a find. It was beautifully presented, very clean and homely full of trinkets and art and a well equipped kitchen. We had the most relaxing time. Broughty Ferry is filled with a great vibe, you can relax at the beach and on many of the seats along the promenade or enjoy a lively pint in the local pubs. We had dinner next door at the Ship Inn and the food was amazing, highly recommend. We were sad to leave Barometer Cottage but we will definitely be back. A 5 star accommodation in a 5 star town. Loved it"

"Beautiful cottage in a gorgeous, quiet location. There was actually space for another couple. Bit further from central Dundee than expected, but probably better for it. Not staffed, and no 24hr contact, so potentially problematic if anything went wrong, but that's splitting hairs."

"We used this apartment to stay and host Christmas for our family those in a smaller house in Dundee and those of us who came up from London.The property was in a great location and had all we needed to host, the property was as good as any we have tented"

"Villa by the Sea offered the perfect opportunity to step back from busy lives and spend time with friends. The accomodation was exceptionally as was the location . Broughty Ferry has lots to offer from independent shops , cafes and wine bars/pubs . The whole experience was exceptional, with the service from the agent adding to this. More bar seats in the kitchen, as this was often the hub where we congregated. These could be stackable so they could be stored when not in use."
