"Lovely hotel as ever clean room, very friendly helpful staff , nothing is too much trouble. Swimming pool was great and jacuzzi was most invigorating, just what was needed first thing in the morning. Plenty of parking onsite , so on the whole a very pleasant 3 night stay. "

"Villa by the Sea offered the perfect opportunity to step back from busy lives and spend time with friends. The accomodation was exceptionally as was the location . Broughty Ferry has lots to offer from independent shops , cafes and wine bars/pubs . The whole experience was exceptional, with the service from the agent adding to this. More bar seats in the kitchen, as this was often the hub where we congregated. These could be stackable so they could be stored when not in use."
