"Enjoyed our stay. Besides the clogged restroom sink everything was great."

"Obvious water damage in our bathroom. Door and vanity were never been replaced and ceiling was in very poor shape. Also, the dresser door was in need of repair. But it appears that the cleaning staff do a fairly good job. Our bed was comfortable and our dinner at the Berkeley Boathouse was very good and our waitress was attentive."

"“Deluxe” King Room is misleading as it was one of the smallest hotel rooms we have experienced. Room descriptions should include square footage. Comfortable bed and adequate bathroom, but had to repeatedly request wash cloths. Good location. "

"I was disappointed with the quality of the room. It was small and not modernized. The hotel should be marketed as a 2.5 star hotel/motel. It does not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel"
