It’s a very family friendly property with enough room to gather together for meals, but also three different levels, an outdoor area and game room to provide opportunity to split up and have fun. Access to the pool and nearby parks in Suncadia were a real bonus.

We visited this property for my dad’s 60th birthday and it exceeded our expectations! The house has all the amenities needed and more! The house was cozy, large, and accommodated our large family and pet. Lots of things for kids to do including games, game room in the garage, and in the basement. The host was super nice and was easy to communicate with. We would book this house again anytime!

Relaxing and Comfortable

From the moment we arrived, we knew we made a great choice. Plenty of fully furnished, clean, and ready to go bedrooms. A wonderful hot tub, deck space and patio space with plenty of space, seating, and activities. In addition, two full kitchens ready to go with plenty of quality dishes, spices, and appliances that all worked. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra pillows, comforters, and all those little extras from games to several TVs for the kids.

Gorgeous, well-stocked house for large groups

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third year in a row a group of friends (8 adults, 8 kids) has stayed in this house. It works amazing for that many people. The kitchen and bathrooms are all well stocked for large groups. One other thing we love is the big backyard that is great for sledding without having to go anywhere!
