Nice lakefront house

We stayed at 4th of July long weekend. The house had everything we need. We watched the fireworks from the balcony. Kids enjoyed the kayaking and fishing. We caught bass, bluegill and huge cat fish. Communication with host was easy and got a lot detailed local information. Highly recommended this place!

Great Place to Bring Family

My children loved the downstairs! We used the Paddleboard and kayaks and it was easy to get them in the water. Food in the area is not great but we were able to cook some great meals!!! We especially enjoyed the view and the home was comfortable.

Relaxing and comfortable stay at Clear Lake

My family enjoyed our stay. Took full advantage of the kayaks, sup and fishing poles. Beds very comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Thank you for a great stay. Would return if had opportunity.

Clearlake

It was a wonderful experience for the whole family. Kids were excited to see their own corner downstairs. The beds were comfortable.The kitchen had everything we needed !!!The living room had a perfect view!! Money worth spent!!

Peace and quiet at a lovely site

We took a short trip to this lakeside home to recover after the hecticness of Thanksgiving - seeking a few days of peace and quiet. Requirement was satisfied many times over - what a lovely home right on the lake providing a deck to enjoy mornings with coffee and cinnamon rolls. Hosts were super accommodating and attentive as well. I imagine the setting and home are even better if the lake is higher or has more water.

Great Lake House

The lake house is awesome. It is awesome having the lake at your back door. Our kids loved the home and didn’t want to leave. Our daughter caught her first fish all on her own (bluegill) and my son caught a 4lb bass all from the private beach. Kayaks were great to paddle around on and the kids had a blast downstairs. The patio on the main floor was great for the adults after the kids went to bed. All in all a great place to stay, we’ll be back.

Beautiful house and lake view.

We had a great stay with friends. The house was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside looking at the calm lake. This would be a fun place for kids too. They could have their own space downstairs. We will definitely be back.

Great Lake House

The property was great, had a lower hangout level which was separate from the house above. The lake water is low but was great to take out the kayaks and try some fishing around the docks. Would definitely come back!!!

Wonderful weekend

We had such a great stay at this little gem! It had everything you need to make your stay comfortable and fun. The kids loved the game room down stairs and fishing off the dock, along with the evening snack trip to the market just a few short steps down the street. Alex and Katherine were exceptional hosts with amazing communication, which made the trip stress free. We had such a great weekend and would love to plan another stay soon. Thanks for the memories!

Clearlake lakefront property with AlexnKat

We had such a great time,the host were spectacular, the house and property were spectacular. If you wanna a beautiful lake front house right on the was water with great access to the the lake this is the spot for you. We were 100% satisfied with our stay at Alex and Kats lake house. It was a 10 out of 10 for me and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Much Needed Getaway

I booked this house for my mom's 56th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased! You guys made sure to keep communication and check-in was a breeze! I also have to say the pictures don't do this house justice. It's honestly larger than we expected and the views were amazing. The little market store within walking distance was also a plus. We felt right at home the whole time and did not want to leave. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us and even an bigger thank you for helping people cross "kayaking" off their bucket list! We can't wait to go back.

Beautiful and peaceful

My family drove 9 hours to spend 5 days at this beautiful location. The home was comfortable, very relaxing environment, well stocked with things to do, great TVs, a wonderful view, various outdoor areas to enjoy, a quality BBQ grill and water sports equipment. There is something for all different types of people to enjoy. Communication with the owners was enjoyable. Upon arrival, I was texted with a greeting from the owner. They wanted to make sure I had a way to contact them if we needed anything. We did not because everything was taken care of. Upon our departure, they thanked us for coming. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future. None of us wanted to go home.

Directly on ClearLake with beautiful views

The patio right on the lake is wonderful to sit out on and enjoy the views. The house itself is well appointed and clean. We made some very nice memories there.

Beautiful Lake House.

We booked this lake house last minute just to get out of town for a few days and get some fishing in. Clearlake is known for its amazing Bass fishing and catfish so we figured we would give it a try. The house stated it had everything we would need so we packed just clothes, food and our fishing gear. When we arrived check in was so simple with directions given by owners and we walked stright out to the water and the dock. My boys were so excited that we unloaded and they disappeared with the kayaks and fishing stuff to fish all evening. They came back with some great fishing stories and we talked about where we were go the next day fishing. We only had a short 3 day stay but we made the best of it and fished everyday and night. In the evening we played games, had some drinks on the doc and relaxed. The game room downstairs was amazing!!!! Only thing my kids said were missing was a firepit so we could do smores. I explained to them it was a rental and the fire hazard and they understood. That was the only complaint from Anyone the whole time. Everything you would need is in This home. My favorite part was waking up and having my coffee on the covered porch listening to the birds and even watching the fish jump right out in front of the house. The bugs were not bad for us at all but if they are the whole porch has a net you can close. My kids have already asked if we can book another trip back. Looks like it will be a new yearly trip we take. I woukd also like to take a moment to thank the owners for sharing their wonderful home, and for reaching out personally to make sure that everything was good. Which for my family and I it was better than good. We will be returning and cant wait to stay there again.

Great spot for a relaxing weekend getaway

The property was clean, comfortable, and stocked with the essentials. Also, the owners were very organized and communicative, and we had no trouble checking in or out or using any of the amenities. Enjoying the lakefront view on the back patio is a great way to spend a slow morning! We really enjoyed our stay here, and wouldn't hesitate to come back again another time.

Relaxing stay at the Lake

The house was very clean and the deck overlooking the Lake was a very peaceful place to unwind. The private dock was also lovely and it was awesome to have the fishing gear and the kayaks! I would highly recommend this home.

Great Lake House Experience

The house is as described and has easy lake access from the dock. Location is across the lake from the nearest boat rental location, but the drive is an easy 40 minutes and takes less than an hour trip by boat to get back to the dock at the house. Inside was clean with plenty of towels. Right on the water so bring bug spray or citronella candles, plenty of mosquitoes and gnats if you want to use the outdoor porch. Also suggest bringing toilet paper, unless you’re ok with single ply. AC works really well and overall good value for the weekend.
