This newly remodeled modern, upstairs apartment is a block from a Clear Lake public access dock. A small view of the lake. One block to the Surf Ballroom and 4 short blocks to Clear Lake City Park. Stainless appliances and cozy.

Load and start the dishwasher before leaving and place garbage in the dumpster on the east side of the house behind the stairs.

The loft was exactly as listed. This property was in a great location for walking to the lake, downtown to shopping and many restaurant choices. We visited the Farmers market on Saturday and had a wonderful weekend.

Adorable loft and perfect location

This is the cleanest place we've ever stayed. Such a cute loft and the location was perfect for walking to the lake and all the the bars and restaurants. Wish we could have parked in the driveway, especially when the street parking was taken by those attending so the kite festival and Surf ballroom events.
