“My wife and our 9 month old son stayed in a King suite on the Somerset St. part of the property and had a really nice stay. The room was beautiful and the bed was actually comfortable (a statement I rarely make regarding hotels). All the cooking utensils and appliances appeared virtually brand new, so new that it smelled like the oven hadn't actually been used yet and still needed to be "baked off" which was perhaps the only let down. Access to the beach was super easy and we were fortunate that……

“Other than location, this property is just average. It is advertised as a boutique hotel, and is quite small, but, doesn't provide more personalized service than typical hotels. The toilet paper, paper towels and shampoos provided were subpar. Regarding cleanliness, this was also subpar. I know this is a beach location, but upon entering our unit, we noted sandy floors and area rug. Our white socks were filthy after walking on the floors. I am doubtful it was ever mopped. “Our room was clean and comfy. The pool setting is great for morning sun until 2 pm. It was good also when beach was too breezy. Coffee and drinks available in office. Deb is the owner, very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for all around beach vacation. Parking was never a problem. ”

“Had an awesome stay at this almost beachside hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily return to.”

“This place was the best!
The owner Matthew personally met us and spent a lot of time talking about his property and all the area attractions!
Being in the hotel business myself for over 40 years, I would highly recommended The Lofts for your stay in St.Pete Beach.
The place was extremely clean, had a great location and was quiet and peaceful…but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants!
Also, very clean heated pool!😎”
