“Got to the property and found someone living there and it wasn't the host. Couldn't get in touch with the supposed host. Contacted vrbo who were as useful as a fart in a spacesuit. Had to then urgently find other accommodation which thankfully we did through a reliable source. Booking. Com. Had contacted vrbo two days before the booking to raise concerns and was told everything was fine and i shouldn't worry. Overall experience was horrendous.
