Perfect location close to family

The property was super clean & quiet. I rented for the weekend for my sister in law & nephew to attend my daughter’s graduation party in Groveland. There aren’t many lodging places in the area. So glad they had such a lovely stay. We will most definitely book again!!

Room was small but nicely done. Very clean. Only complaint is the bed. Mattress only, no box springs. VERY soft and NOT comfortable. They need to invest in new beds. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay…

Hard to find but it served its purpose

Check in process was hard, please provide a better map! There were 5ish buildings and only 3 were on the map and the map was terribly done especially when we were trying to look for the room at 2am. There was no lighting. The room itself was fine, sheets were pilling, towels had holes in them and the shower smelled musty. We needed a place to stay for a wedding and it served its purpose but don’t expect anything great.

Power outage

I rented this place for my daughter a& her husband from Michigan. Power went out while they visited us. We were not informed of the outage before they went back for the night. We had to find a way to get lights and a fan going so the could sleep. They offered a roping a house. It was unclean from previous occupants. I feel we should have been reimbursed for that night.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS

Pictures look nothing like the actual thing. There is no way to control the thermostat and it was boiling in there. It smelled weird, bed and sheets were rough and cheap, bathroom does not have a roof so there is no way to contain smells, there was bugs and bird poop and holes inside the studio. I had to leave the same day and look for another stay since the state of the studio was that bad. I reached out to the manager the next day and till this day have not received a reply.
