“Fresh ground / brewed coffee offered 24 a day! Comfortable beds, very clean rooms and common areas, friendly staff and everything you may need is offered (sleep kits, ironing board and iron, mini fridge, safe, etc..) The only thing missing was an updated TV that can stream content. I’ll be seeking out other locations for travel in the future.”

“There was a group in the lobby that was VERY loud that was there from the time we checked in (about 8) until after midnight even though they had posted quiet hours starting at 11. When we finally called the front desk to complain and ask why quiet hours weren’t being observed they said they don’t enforce them until someone complains.”

“Breakfast was bleak to say the least. No sugar free options and no protein at all. So if you enjoy the convenience and value of a free continental breakfast, this is not your place”

“The first room that we were given had such a bad odor that we had to get another room. The carpets were so dingy that we didn’t want to be barefoot on them. The breakfast was mediocre, we didn’t even take advantage of it on the second morning. The room was not cleaned during the day, only the towels were replaced.”

“This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.”

“The property was clean and rooms was clean but room had mold on the ceiling and a musky moldy smell to the room carpets need to be replaced and rooms updated”

“When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on……

“It rained in the window and the A/C unit got wet. I had to cut the unit off. The staff put towels on the window seal and over the A/C unit to keep them from getting any wetter”
