“Travelling as a party of 12 with five being under age 9 we felt the property would suit our needs for a 10 day vacation, it looked modern and fresh. The spa was not heated and we had chosen this property as pool heat was included as an amenity, in contacting the host their replies we often could not understand and towards the end of our stay they stopped communicating altogether. Sinks and showers also had limited hot water and took forever to get to warm. There was no reference book to……

“The smell of the water was horrible. I was glad I took bottled water. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa. There was no soap at the bathroom sink. Finally, a drape on the patio door would have been helpful.On the positive side the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the tv selections. The place was pet friendly for sure. Didn’t use the pool.”
