「Sligo was such a quiet and charming place. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed in Riverside Hotel for 1 night, the very spacious room, nice staff and delicious food gave us very good impression. The room was just face the river, which had amazing view. After checking out for days, we met some unhappy misunderstanding with the hotel, but finally the hotel management dealt with it effectively.」

「This property has a lot to offer as a bed and breakfast option. Strandhill is a charming seaside resort with a definite surfer vibe. The services not offered by the hotel are easily accessed nearby. The reception staff were very helpful. The issues that prevented me from giving a five star review were the badly worn carpet in the bedroom and the 3 minute 'make-up' service.」

「The stay was wonderful and perfect for our family. Our host, Chris, was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or problems. However, our dealings with VRBO has been a nightmare when it came to payments and confirmation of our stay. At this point I have been charged with 3 payments instead of 2 totaling 500 euro more than the fee for the property. I have made numerous bookings with VRBO but this one will be my last.」
