I arrived at the hotel and waited more than 30 minutes to reach the front desk despite having already checked in online. When I got there, the girl at the front desk with a pink streak in her hair gave me the keys to a room on the 5th floor, room 520 if I'm not mistaken. I went up to the room and upon opening the door, I saw that there were suitcases and many personal items on the bed. Evidently, she gave me a room that already had guests who, fortunately, were not there at the time, otherwise, it would have been very uncomfortable to open the door to strangers. I went down to complain and they gave me another key for a different room, number 870. We went up again, but when we tried to open the door, the lock showed a yellow light and wouldn't open. I went down again to the front desk with all my luggage and quite annoyed by then. I called her by phone and she said she would be up in a few minutes to help me.
