InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland by IHG
I have stayed at The Intercontinental several times, durimg my visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Linens are very soft. The staff, all the way from desk assistance to restaurant staff were always so helpful. Much needed when navigating the clinic.

Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown
Very clean, great location, was looking forward to hot tub but it was out of service. Breakfast bar was very expensive for what was offered and quality was horrible.
