This is a 2-story unit, so stairs are required.

We may ask for a photo ID for guest screening, and if you’re using the garage, we’ll need your car info too.

Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM — and no parties, please! This is a residential building and we want to respect the neighbors.

No smoking or hanging out in shared areas.

We take house rules seriously. Security is on-site 24/7 and there are hallway cameras + a Minut/NoiseAware device inside the unit (this only monitors noise levels, no audio recording).

All bookings are manually reviewed and may be canceled if flagged as high-risk — but if you’re here to enjoy the city and relax, you’re more than welcome!

The property was a pleasant place to stay. It had a comfortable bed and a clean living room, bedroom, and kitchen, which made the stay convenient and relaxing. One small challenge I experienced was communication at the beginning, as there was no direct contact number provided to reach the host. Fortunately, the host later shared their phone number, which made it much easier to get in touch whenever I had questions or needed assistance. One suggestion I would offer is regarding the lighting in the bedroom. While there are two lamps available, the lighting is quite dim. As someone who prefers a brighter room, I found the bedroom a bit dark. It would also be helpful if a trash can could be added to the bedroom for extra convenience. Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation, especially considering the price. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay in a major city with convenient access to buses and downtown, this property is a good option and worth considering.

The apartment was clean and quiet. It was nice to have enclosed parking. The ceiling is in need of repair both downstairs and upstairs. I would stay again as it is in a good location.

Anna was a great host providing great information for visiting Cleveland. The apartment was nice and the fact that it had its own parking was nice too. A couple of things to be aware of; the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor and there are 20 stairs to get there. We stayed 5 nights and 3 of the 5 nights someone in the building was playing music very loudly from 10:30pm to early morning hours. Other than that it was a very clean, modern little apartment that was close to the places we were visiting.

Super nice, super clean stay! We were a little concerned when we saw the parking garage, but the building and apartment itself were very nice! And though a little daunting, the parking garage was very secure and it was nice to not have to worry about the safety of our vehicle in the city during our stay! Wonderfully comfortable bed, stocked bathroom and kitchen, and just overall cleanliness made our stay perfect!
