Cozy Downtown Modern Condo in the Heart of it all

Welcome to my fully renovated modern condo in the HEART of Cleveland. Make yourself at home in my cozy condo. Located between the East bank of the flats and the Warehouse district. Walking distance to all attractions in Downtown Cleveland. Nightlife, restaurants, Night Clubs, The convention Center, The Quicken Loans arena, Browns Stadium and Cleveland Indians. This condo is equipped with a full kitchen, bed for 2, comfy couch. Additionally there is a blow up mattress for a 4th person.

Gym, laundry room all on the 1st floor which the elevator is needed to get to those locations. Must have key buzzer to get into the rooms. Shared Roof top Access on the 7th floor. The buzzer will need to be with you to get out to the shared community roof top access.

Parking – There are multiple places to park. You can park on the street but be aware of the signs that say when you can and cannot park there. They can change the parking throughout the day so please be careful the police will tow your car. There is a parking lot on the north side of the building as well. You can park there and pay per day. Just follow the directions listed in the front of the parking lot. I believe you can pay on your phone. Sometimes there’s a fella that is working the lot and he will help you just tell him you want to pay per day. There is also another lot around the corner down the hill on the coast line down in the East Bank of the flats if that other lot is full. It is downtown parking and sometimes it can book up quickly so you will just have to find the best lot that works for you. None of them are to bad in price. They range from 5- 10 dollars a day could be more depending on events going on in Cleveland.

Interaction with guests:
You shouldn't ever hear from me. I allow you to enjoy your stay as if the condo was yours. All i ask is take care of it like it was your own.

Things to note:

This is a loft condo which has stairs leading up to the bedroom and there are steps entering the building as well.

Came in for a conference at the convention center. Way less expensive than even the preferred event hotels and easily walkable to the venue. Nice place and neighbors were quiet. Ty was very responsive to my questions as well, which was great.

Great place to stay. Walking distance (6 min) to flats, about 20 min walking to Jacobs pavilion. Directions for check in were VERY detailed and easy to follow. Apartment was clean. Will be staying again.

Not a bad place to stay if you don’t mind not having internet or a tv that works. Oh and depending on your cell carrier your cell data may not work well or even at all in here (which has been happening to me). I have had zero communication with the owner since yesterday evening around 5pm when I reached out with the concerns we had about the tv and internet upon our arrival. The only communication I got from the owner was the original message after I rented this place directing me on how to get into the condo, but that was on April 16th. Since then nothing at all. Also the one tv here, which doesn’t even work, is downstairs and there is no tv where the bed is. Just to clear up any confusion or misunderstandings there as well.

Detailed instructions to get the key was spot on. Safe neighborhood. The condo is as described (very clean) and it was a quick walk to the Flats (fun nightlife!) end maybe 15 min walk to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It’s nice to just park your car once and walk to places.

Absolutely perfect location. We walked to The Flats for an early dinner, Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse for a concert and to the Rock Hall the next day. Any Cleveland sporting event is walking distance. Nothing fancy but everything was clean and perfect size for 2. Parking lot right next door was $5 for each day.

We were in town for the marathon. The condo was in the perfect location! It was nice and comfortable and clean. Easy walking distance to the convention center, Rock Hall, the Flats, restaurants, bars, a small grocery store. We’ll stay here again ne t time we visit Cleveland.

Great location-noise could be a factor
Downtown in the heart of it all is definitely a convenience and curse. I am not going to lie-although the directions given are very explanatory, I did miss the entrance a couple of times taking a couple of trips around the block. This area felt safe. Obviously, bars are nearby and I don't know if it is a regular occurance, but there was a "burnout" happening nearby between 2-3 a.m. The only reason I am putting this in my review, is because I would highly recommend earplugs, or my highly respected airpod pros that completely blocked out the outside noise. Small children and animals could have issues.

Great little place nestled in the heart of the Cleveland Flats
What a cute little place right in the middle of everything in Downtown Cleveland. Check in was easy, the place was very clean with lots of amenities! Would stay here again. Only complaint,ceiling fan didn’t work and when the heat kicked on it got a tad warm in the Loft. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s right next to the freeway. Other than that everything was perfect. Would stay there again!

The apartment was exactly as described, the property manager was quick to respond to questions I had. The location of the apartment is perfect for anyone attending a game or touring the hall of fame. We were close to the location we needed to be at every morning and we saved cash staying here instead of a hotel by cooking meals and making our own coffee.
