The stay was pleasant on the top floor, the bedroom was clean and all amenities worked. The front desk was attentive and provided a safe and comfortable place to stay. The staff gives you information about the surrounding area to help with your daily activities. Overall the stay was good and the staff is kind.

Old property that has been taken over by Wyndham, needs some renovations. Rooms are comfortable, bedding & linens are new. The Female front desk clerk was Wonderful!! Very polity, helpful knows her job with a smile!

The hotel needs upgrades/ remodeling. The doors were hard to open, the bathroom needed fixing, ceiling tiles were dirty, one of the elevators was not working. It was good for a quick 2 nights stay, just to sleep.we reserved a king size with a sofa “suite” and they oversold! Finally put us in a king size bed, and offered breakfast for the next day. Breakfast was $11.99, and was very limited buffet, not good at all. Glad we didn’t pay it!

I was at the Cleveland Clinic for a heart operation, had to stay on five days for a follow up visit. I'd been staying next to the CC, but went to Whyndam on the west side. Much much less expensive and all in a perfectly nice hotel. It's well managed. Nice staff, good cleaning teams, free parking, and lits of malls shops restaurants in Westlake and Avon. And 22 minutes from the airport. Breakfast for $11, it was $39 where I was staying before. It could use a little sprucing up here and there but heck that's part of its charm, I'm a budget traveler. Don't hesitate!

It was a beautiful hotel. It has its up and it’s Downs. The lobby itself was beautiful the pool and the hot tub was beautiful. The room wasn’t very big. We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping didn’t take our trash and didn’t maintain our room while we were out. So we basically had trash in our room for 2 days. Beautiful hotel but I’ve stayed in better. Would we go back probably not.

The hotel was clean, but the toilets don't flush well, the bathtub was clogged with so much hair that it barely drained. The hotel did send someone up to fix it. The doors need some maintenance. The continental breakfast is not free and it's a little over priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel was nice, but needs some work.
