Hotel was clean but largely dated/weathered. Pillows were atrocious - barely anything to them.

The staff was very friendly at every encounter. We first met Rose at check-in and she was a standout service provider throughout our three night stay. Breakfast was delicious with many options and the kitchen staff was friendly and engaging. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the optional blackout shade. I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn if we are ever in Westlake again.

Hotel was updated, but public areas definitely could have been a tad cleaner; carpet and glass doors at side entrance.

I was not given a print out of charges. The desk clerk said it was Expedias job to send a email of the charges because it was booked thru a third party. If that's so when can I expect it.

Staff was friendly. The room had a musty odour that set off our allergies. The small towel rack fell off the wall. No pool. I didn’t find this location up to the standard of the Hamptons we have used previously. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was excellent. The room was clean and comfy. The shower was nice, though I think a bathroom fan would make it even better. Breakfast and the coffee were delicious. We had an issue at about 1:30 am where a noise like an alarm started happening. Like 5 rounds of 5 beeps every ten seconds and then it would stop and happen again 5 minutes later. It took about 20 minutes of waiting for the next round to investigate and discover it was coming from the neighboring room. Once we had that knowledge, we called the front desk. I thought for sur the room must have been empty and that there was no person in it also complaining. The desk associate called us right back and said it was the person's glucose alarm and that they were going to turn it down. I was dumbfounded that the guests in that room had planned on letting it continue, but I know it could not have been comfortable for the hotel employee to call a room at 2am, but they handled it quickly and we were finally able to get some sleep. Not the hotel's fault and the handled it wonderfully.

Very spacious room with excellent immunities and plenty of parking options. Beds were very comfortable and clean and room itself was extremely spacious. Bathroom had some minor damage to the door which we raised with the front desk. All in all, would definitely recommend as this was a great place to rest up and recharge batteries. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
