We stayed two nights at the Indigo Hotel in Cleveland. Overall, the stay was fine, but there were a few disappointing aspects. There was no complimentary coffee offered in the morning, which was surprising for a hotel in this price range. In fact, when my husband tried to get a cup on Sunday morning, he was scolded by a staff member in a way that felt accusatory—as if he were stealing it. It was an uncomfortable experience.
In the room, the shower curtain was too short, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. This created a safety hazard that definitely needs attention.
On the positive side, the girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the paid parking setup ran smoothly and efficiently.
