I have stayed at The Intercontinental several times, durimg my visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Linens are very soft. The staff, all the way from desk assistance to restaurant staff were always so helpful. Much needed when navigating the clinic.

The suite and bathroom were spacious an clean. The bathroom countertop was unusually high, and the HVAC blew air directly at the head end of the bed, and seemed to warm the suite very slowly. Plan ahead if you don't want to pay $25/night + tips (2025) for parking.

Hotel was conveniently located within the medical district. We stayed on a weekend and it was pretty quiet. Self-parked using the hospital garage two blocks down--felt safe walking through the neighborhood. We were slightly disappointed in the room: it had an interesting smell and lots of staining.
