Seamless and Cozy!!

Check in/check out process was seamless and very easy! Host was incredibly nice and helpful with everything we needed. The property was extremely cozy and was very easy to settle in to. Very clean and comfy, already looking forward to another stay!!

Great stay

Our stay in Larchmere was wonderful. Loved the quaint home and access to nearby restaurants and shops. We also had no problem with getting around without a car. Shaker Station was a short walk. Our hosts were easy to contact and we got quick replies to any questions we had.

Lovely in Larchmere was lovely!

This is a very comfortable and clean stay. The beds, pillows, linens, kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Home was very warm and inviting. It was excellent value for what we needed.

Great location, very closed to Cleveland Clinic

This was a great location, as I had several appointments at Cleveland Clinic. We like the neighborhood, the street was super quiet and the neighbors were very kind. The property was well maintained and super clean. We will definitely stay here again. Ken was a superb host and responded to questions immediately. Thank you!

The host was very attentive to make sure our stay was what we were looking for. Be sure to visit Big Al’s Diner for breakfast. It is within walking distance.

Cute and cozy!

Such a cute place to stay for the weekend. Wish it would have been warmer to use the deck space. Owner knew we were getting in late so the lights were left on for us. It was much appreciated and so nice and warm when we got it.

The Property is nice, the host is spectacular.

This is our second stay with Ken. Unforgettable i was unable to leave a review last time for some reason. Which was disappointing because Ken was incredibly accommodating, and helpful. I would recommend a stay here for anybody looking. Our trip was for surgery at University Hospital & location is fantastic for such a stay. At the hospitals in less than 10 min.

Very relaxing location

We had a great stay at this property. The location seemed close to everything we needed, the neighborhood was peaceful and sitting on the porch was very relaxing. The apartment was VERY clean and communication with the host couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Hosts! Truly Lovely!

Ken and Kaye were so nice throughout our whole stay, any questions or concerns they were quick to answer and with such kindness. The space was very clean and just what we needed. We loved that it was outside of the city, so it was quieter, but so easy to get to downtown quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is definitely being revitalized and all of the little shops are perfect!

We came into town overnight for a football game, the house was clean beyond expectations, extra steps were taken to provide coffee and linens, the owner is wonderful and very responsive with messages! We will absolutely be staying here again if we come back for another trip!

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved the location of this place. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was a bunch of awesome shops and great food all within walking distance. The place itself was adorable and we especially loved the cute balcony. Very clean and perfect for our little weekend getaway. Will definitely stay here again when we are back next year!

Tidy place, smooth check-in and check-out, and the owner quickly resolved an issue with the door lock. The only bummer was the loud noise from construction on the house next door. I'd stay there again.

This property was in a perfect location, just around the corner and walking distance from several great shops and restaurants the larchmere district. The Dwelling was as described. Please note for others considering this location, it was a second floor walk up narrow stairs. We had no problems navigating this, but someone with limited mobility should take heed.

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the area has lots to do with multiple choices for dining, and the Cleveland art museum and botanical gardens were wonderful! The room was clean and cute. The building is older and has a nice character. The only thing we wished for were more electrical outlets in the bedrooms to plug chargers into. The host was very nice and attentive!

Clean Top Floor stay with Lovely Porch

We LOVED our stay here! Cool ac units in both bedrooms and in living room. Comfy beds. I don't even remember turning on the TV because it was so peaceful there, but I assume it works. I thought the neighborhood was fine. Neighbors were nice. The larger area is definitely going through a period of rejuvenation. But the street we were on was just lovely and I love all those big older houses. It looks like the neighborhood is really taking pride in having them look nice. And there was a cafe in walking distance! My favorite part was the best porch ever, which was a second floor balcony and comfy furniture. We would definitely be back!
