“We had so much fun staying at this house. You definitely need the four-wheel-drive to get to the top. Breathtaking view of the mountains in the morning. Very easy to contact the host back up generator available if it is cloudy so no worries about it being solar powered we had absolutely no problems.”

“If you want to have trees all around, then this is the place. And how can you not love the big windows with that amazing view? It’s not that far of a drive to Taos. My husband and I enjoyed being able to come back to the same place every evening for four nights. We used the grill which worked perfectly. Everything was clean, except I would recommend repairing the accordion doors between the main floor bedroom and living room. We loved our stay here!”

“I have stayed in log cabins before, real log cabins not prefab stuff so I know what a pain they can be maintenance wise. the logs twist and turn, its just what happens. we had more than a few drafts, but the heaters kept us warm. everyone slept well in the beds. the pond behind this place is an awesome sight in morning. it had a bunch of Canadian geese and ducks on it every morning. I took my kids and my grand kids skiing at Sipapu, they had a blast. drove up to Eagle nest in a pretty good snow……
